Exciting news in the gaming world. During this past NBA All-Star Weekend in Orlando, EA Sports took advantage of the crowds and media and started releasing info about the return of NBA LIVE. Yes, you heard right. After years of being off the scene, the once dominant Basketball sim plans on taking the crown back this Fall. Cleveland Cavs rookie and #1 pick Kyrie Irving actually was the first to really leak the info when he tweeted that he was playing NBA Live 13 and then the EA Sports NBA twitter account sent out the picture above. EA than confirmed that they’re dropping “Elite” from the title and it will return to its original name, NBA Live 2013. No word on when exactly the game is set to release but we’re thinking sometime around October. Whatever EA is doing, I hope there coming correct because 2K Sports isnt going to give the crown back any time soon. More info later
